OUR OFFICE RENOVATIONS ARE EXPECTED TO BE COMPLETED BY SEPTEMBER 3, 2026.  WE WILL BE CLOSED ON SEPTEMBER 4, 2026, TO MOVE BACK TO THE COURTHOUSE.  WE WILL REOPEN SEPTEMBER 8, 2026, AT 8:00 A.M.  ALL OF JUDGE BURNS DOCKETS WITH THE EXCEPTION OF JUVENILE CASES WILL RETURN TO THE MAIN COURTHOUSE.

To register for E-notices as a Pro Se go to https://alafile.alacourt.gov and click on Register. Once you have completed the registration process as a pro se, please print the form and bring to the Clerks Office during normal business hours along with a state issued photo identification card. Your information will be processed and then you will receive a copy of any electronic orders entered in your case via e-mail.
